ColdFusion Builder and FlashBuilder

Well they are finally released!

I've been using the Betas for quite some time and really enjoying both products. We are actually just about to release a major piece of software written fully in Flex 4 and the upgrade from the Beta to the FINAL version has been really smooth ( actually nothing so far went wrong at all ).

I'm happy to now have FlashBuilder 4 and ColdFusion Builder as my main IDE.

My method of installation is FlashBuilder 4 standalone and ColdFusion builder as a plug in.

I updated my settings based on Adams blog post:

http://www.adrocknaphobia.com/post.cfm/update-your-coldfusion-builder-beta-settings-for-flash-builder-4-beta

To increase some of the memory settings ( I have 6g RAM so its no issue ).

I'm very happy to have this running on Windows 7 64bit without issues and later today or tonight I'll set it up on my Mac.

Here are the links to each product:

And yes I think the prices are really good especially because we use FlashBuilder and were planing to upgrade anyway and even if I wasn't $299 for isn't too bad.

Oh and Yes we are now using ColdFusion 9 on one of our servers :)
